Privacy policy

Latam Leap uses the information you share to respond to inquiries and coordinate your services. The contact form prepares a message in your browser; it is sent to WhatsApp when you choose to send it.

Purchases

Your email and selected package are sent to the server and Mercado Pago to start checkout. Card details are entered on Mercado Pago, not on this website. WhatsApp and Mercado Pago process information under their own policies.

Use and retention

We use your data to handle inquiries, manage your project and retain records needed for service delivery and applicable obligations. We do not sell your data or automatically subscribe you to marketing campaigns.

Backup after cancellation

If you cancel monthly care, we keep a database backup for six months to support recovery. It is then deleted, except for records required by applicable obligations. The backup does not keep your website online.

Your requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by writing to hola@latamleap.com. Identify your inquiry or purchase so we can locate the records. Do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary documents.
